Five Star Hotel in Shanghai, China

Project Overview: A five-star hotel located in the Dahongqiao area of Shanghai, offering 194 rooms. The annual energy comsumption of air conditioning is approximately 1.2 million kilowatt hours.  

Building Automation System: The site has been digitised and equipped with a PLC control system, but the overall communication of the system has been paralysed, resulting in its shutdown. 

Solution: Install a CDC control system on site to replace the original PLC control system and equip it with a network data engine to transmit data to the cloud. 

Achievement: The energy saving results are obtained by comparing the energy consumption of two or more similar days during the project reporting period, and the energy saving effect is verified. The average savings rate is around 15%, and the latest energy saving test showed a remarkable savings rate of 14.58%.
